AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT AND OTHER EXPENSES OF BOTH HOUSES OF THE LEGISLATURE WITH FUNDS REMAINING FROM THE APPROPRATIONS MADE FOR SAID HOUSES, RESPECTIVELY, FOR THE YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED AND TWENTY-SIX

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in
Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

Section 1. The expenditure is hereby authorized of the unexpended balance of the funds appropriated respectively for the two Houses of the Legislature in the General and Supplementary Appropriation Acts, Numbered Thirty-two hundred and twenty-seven and Thirty-two hundred and sixty, for the purchase and payment of typewriters, furniture, and other equipment for said Houses, and to cover deficiencies in certain items of miscellaneous expense of the same.ℒαwρhi৷

Section 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
