AN ACT TO RELIEVE THE PROVINCE OF PALAWAN FROM THE PAYMENT OF ITS INDEBTEDNESS TO THE INSULAR GOVERNMENT INCURRED IN THE YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED AND EIGHTEEN IN CONNECTION WITH THE REPAIR OF THE PROVINCIAL LAUNCH PALAWAN

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in
Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

Section 1. The indebtedness of the Province of Palawan to the Insular Government, amounting to thirty-three thousand and twenty-four pesos and fifty-one centavos and incurred by said province in connection with the repair of its provincial launch Palawan in the year nineteen hundred and eighteen, is hereby remitted and cancelled, and the Province of Palawan is declared relieved from said obligation.ℒαwρhi৷

Section 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
