[ Act No. 3036, March 09, 1922 ]
AN ACT TO READJUST THE THIRD, FOURTH, AND FIFTH ELECTION DISTRICTS OF THE PROVINCE OF ILOILO
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in
Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
Section 1. The twelfth paragraph of section one hundred and twenty-three of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, known as the Administrative Code of nineteen hundred and seventeen, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Iloilo: First district.-Composed of the municipalities of Guimbal, Miagao, Oton, San Joaquin, and Tigbauan. Second district.-Composed of the municipalities of Arevalo, Buenavista, Iloilo, and Jaro. Third district.-Composed of the municipalities of Cabatuan, Leon, Maasin, San Miguel, Santa Barbara, and Janiuay.ℒαwρhi৷ Fourth district.- Composed of the municipalities of Barotac, Dingle, Dumangas, Lambunao, Pototan, and Calinog. Fifth district.- Composed of the municipalities of Ajuy, Balasan, Banate, Barotac Viejo, Dueñas, Passi, and Sara."
Section 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
