[ Act No. 3007, March 08, 1922 ] AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE SALE OF LEPROSY DRUGS Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same: Section 1. The Secretary of Public Instruction shall, at his discretion, and under such restrictions as he may deem advisable, permit the sale to private parties of drugs manufactured by the Government for the treatment of leprosy, and to fix the price for the same.ℒαwρhi৷ Section 2.
