AN ACT CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE REGULAR PROVINCE OF MISAMIS AND THE SPECIAL PROVINCES OF BUKIDNON AND AGUSAN, INCORPORATING THE NORTH PART OF THE LATTER IN THE FORMER, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in
Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
Section 1. The boundary line between the regular Province of Misamis and the special provinces of Bukidnon and Agusan is hereby established as follows:
Starting from a point located at the intersection of a line running S. 70° E. from Salimbal with the boundary between Bukidnon and Lanao; thence in an easterly direction, passing over the summit of Mount Bitaug to the Cagayan River; thence down-stream along the said Cagayan River to the intersection thereof with the Misamis-Bukidnon boundary in the N. W. E. angle of Mount Linai; thence along the present boundary, in an easterly direction, to a point 50 m. N. of Minsuro, placing the same in Bukidnon and Maribojoc in Misamis; thence N. 70' E., passing through a point 10 kilometers N. of Mindagat and 12 kilometers S. of Claveria, at the head of the Pugan River; thence in an easterly direction to the intersection of the Bukidnon-Agusan boundary with the trail running from the sitio of Lias to Maasin; thence north, following the present boundary between Agusan and Misamis, to Diwata Point.ℒαwρhi৷
Section 2. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
