[ Act No. 2956, February 19, 1921 ]

AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE CREATION OF A BRANCH OF THE COLLEGE OF LIBERAL ARTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VIGAN, ILOCOS SUR, FOR THE PROVINCES OF NORTHERN LUZON.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in
Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

Section 1. A branch of the College of Liberal Arts of the University of the Philippines is hereby created in the municipality of Vigan, Ilocos Sur, for the provinces of northern Luzon.ℒαwρhi৷

The administration and operation of this college shall be in the hands of the Board of Regents of the University of the Philippines, as established in the Organic Law of said University, and the operating expenses of the same shall be paid out of the funds appropriated for said University.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
