[ Act No. 2904, March 22, 1920 ]

AN ACT TO SUSPEND THE OPERATION OF ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND NINETY-THREE, KNOWN AS THE PATENT LAW, UNTIL JANUARY FIRST, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND TWENTY-TWO.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in
Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

Section 1. Section twenty-three of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and ninety-three, known as the Patent Law, is hereby amended to read as follows:

"Section 23. The operation of the present Act is hereby suspended until January first, nineteen hundred and twenty-two, until which date Act Numbered Twenty-two hundred and thirty-five, entiltled 'An Act providing for the registration of patents and patent rights in the Philippine Islands, and for protection of the same,' shall continue in ful force and effect.ℒαwρhi৷"

"Section 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
