[ Act No. 2741, February 18, 1918 ]

AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION SIX HUNDRED AND SIXTY-NINE OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE.

.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in
Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

Section 1. Section six hundred and sixty-nine of the Administrative Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

"Section 669. Civil-service status of municipal treasurers.- Municipal treasurers, though partly paid from municipal funds, shall nevertheless be deemed included in the definition given in the last preceding section, and as such shall be subject to the examination requirements and disciplinary provisions of this chapter and enjoy the same protection and privileges as the persons mentioned in said section."

Section 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.ℒαwρhi৷
