AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN PESOS AND THIRTY-THREE CENTAVOS TO PROVIDE FOR THE EXPENSE OF ENFORCING THE PROVISIONS OF ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-FOUR HUNDRED AND TWENTY-SEVEN, KNOWN AS THE INSURANCE TAW, DURING THE CALENDAR YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FIFTEEN.(awÞhi(
By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Legislature, that:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of six thousand two hundred and thirteen pesos and thirty-three centavos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to be expended by the Insular Treasurer, with the approval of the Secretary of Finance and Justice, for salaries and contingent expenses in connection with the enforcement of Act Numbered Twenty-four hundred and twenty-seven during the calendar year ending December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and fifteen, to be apportioned as follows:
For the office of the insurance commissioner.
One accountant, class three, at P5,000 per annum, from May 1 to December 31, 1915 |
