AN ACT TO AMEND ACT NUMBERED NINETEEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY-THREE, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE CITY OF BAGUIO AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES," BY EXTENDING THE LEAVE AND OTHER PRIVILEGES OF THE REVISED CIVIL SERVICE ACT TO ALL REGULARLY AND PERMANENTLY APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF BAGUIO.

By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:

Section 1. Subsection (c) of section four of Act Numbered Nineteen hundred and sixty-three is hereby amended to read as follows:

"(c) City officers and employees, other than members of the advisory council and officers appointed by the Governor-General, shall be appointed and removed in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Service Law and Rules. All regularly and permanently appointed officers and employees of the city of Baguio shall be granted leave and other privileges in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Service Law and Rules.1aшphi1"

Section 2. This Act shall be retroactive and take effect as of September first, nineteen hundred and nine.
