[ Act No. 1962, July 29, 1909 ]
AN ACT FIXING THE SALARY OF THE DISTRICT AUDITOR ASSIGNED TO THE MORO PROVINCE, TO BE PAID FROM THE FUNDS OF THAT PROVINCE.
By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:
Section 1. The salary of the district auditor assigned to the Province under the provisions of the Accounting Act shall, during the period of such assignment, be paid from the funds of that province, at the rate of six thousand pesos per annum, together with traveling expenses and per diems.
Section 2. This Act shall not be constructed as removing the district auditor of the Moro Province from the administrative jurisdiction and control of the Insular Auditor.1aшphi1
Section 3. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty, sixth, nineteen hundred.
Section 4. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
