AN ACT PROVIDING FOR A LOAN OF FOUR THOUSAND PESOS, PHILIPPINE CURRENCY, OUT OF THE CONGRESSIONAL RELIEF FUND, TO THE PROVINCE OF RIZAL.
By authority of the Untied States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury belonging to the Congressional relief fund not otherwise appropriated, the sum of four thousand pesos, Philippine currency, to be loaned to the Province of Rizal and to be expended by the provincial board of that province for improving the road connecting the municipalities of Taytay and Antipolo in said province.
Section 2. The money hereby appropriated shall be paid to the provincial treasurer of Rizal upon the production by him to the Treasurer of the Philippine Islands of a certified copy of a resolution of the provincial board of Rizal accepting such loan and agreeing to repay the same without interest on or before one year from the date of its acceptance. Upon the repayment of said amount the same shall be credited to the Congressional relief fund.
Section 3. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.1aшphi1
Section 4. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
