AN ACT AUTHORIZING PROVINCIAL BOARDS, IN THEIR DISCRETION, TO EXTEND THE TIME WITHIN WHICH MAY HE USED THE CARTS PROHIBITED BY ACT NUMBERED SEVEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-FOUR TO A DATE NOT LATER THAN THE THIRTY-FIRST OF MAY, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FOUR.
By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:
Section 1.1aшphi1 The provincial hoards of the various provinces of the Islands organized under the provisions of Act Numbered Eighty-three are hereby authorized, in their discretion, to extend the time within which may be used carts with wheels having tires less than two and one-half inches in width and with wheels rigid with the axles, and all sledges, to a date not later than the thirty-first day of May, nineteen hundred and four.
Section 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
