AN ACT APPROPRIATING ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS, IN MONEY OF THE UNITED STATES, TO BE DISBURSED BY THE DISBURSING AGENT OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS RESIDENT IN WASHINGTON, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.
By authority of the President of the United States, be it enacted by the United States Philippine Commission, that:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred thousand dollars, in money of the United States, to be paid to the Disbursing Agent of the Insular Government of the Philippine Islands, resident in Washington, District of Columbia, appointed under Act Numbered One hundred and twenty-nine.1aшphi1 The sum hereby appropriated shall be devoted to the payment of such bills of the Civil Government of the Philippine Islands as may be, or may have been, approved by the Secretary of War or ordered paid by the United States Philippine Commission.
Section 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
