DECLARING THURSDAY, 17 SEPTEMBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 17 September 2026, Thursday, the Province of Zamboanga del Sur will mark the celebration of its 74th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursaday, 17 September 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga del Sur.ℒαwρhi৷
