DECLARING MONDAY, 20 JULY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LABANGAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 20 July 2026, Monday, the Municipality of Labangan, Province of Zamboanga del Sur will mark the celebration of its 77th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Labangan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 20 July 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Labangan, Province of Zamboanga del Sur.ℒαwρhi৷
