DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 22 JULY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MUTIA, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 22 July 2026, Wednesday, the Municipality of Mutia, Province of Zamboanga Del Norte will mark the celebration of the 66th Araw ng Mutia;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Mutia be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 22 July 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Mutia, Province of Zamboanga Del Norte.
