DECLARING THURSDAY, 16 JULY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DEL CARMEN, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 16 July 2026, Thursday, the Municipality of Del Carmen, Province of Surigao del Norte will mark the celebration of the Bakhaw Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Del Carmen be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 16 July 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Del Carmen, Province of Surigao del Norte.ℒαwρhi৷
