DECLARING THURSDAY, 16 JULY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TALISAYAN, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 16 July 2026, Thursday, the Municipality of Talisayan, Province of Misamis Oriental will mark the celebration of its town fiesta;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Talisayan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 16 July 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Talisayan, Province of Misamis Oriental.
