CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND, LOCATED AT DUMAGUETE BUSINESS PARK, BARANGAY CALINDAGAN, CITY OF DUMAGUETE, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PARK), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916 or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a parcel of land, to be known as Robinsons Dumaguete I.T. Park, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, RA No. 8424 or the "National Internal Revenue Code of 1997," as amended by RA No. 12066 or the "Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives for Enterprises to Maximize Opportunities for Reinvigorating the Economy Act," the Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA Nos. 7916 and 12066, PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 04-295 (s. 2004), and Resolution No. 24-082 (s. 2024), as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Park), located at Dumaguete Business Park, Barangay Calindagan, City of Dumaguete, Province of Negros Oriental, with an area of Sixty Thousand square meters (60,000 m2), more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
