DECLARING FRIDAY, 10 JULY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 10 July 2026, Friday, the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna will mark the celebration of its 22nd Cityhood Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santa Rosa be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 10 July 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna.ℒαwρhi৷
