DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 17 JUNE 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF QUIRINO, PROVINCE OF ISABELA

WHEREAS, on 17 June 2026, Wednesday, the Municipality of Quirino, Province of Isabela will mark the celebration of its 59th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality Quirino be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy of the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 17 June 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Quirino, Province of Isabela.
