DECLARING SATURDAY, 25 APRIL 2026 AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS, on 25 April 2026, Saturday, the Province of Nueva Ecija will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Nueva Ecija be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 25 April 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Nueva Ecija.
