MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 1208, March 30, 2026 ] DECLARING MONDAY, 20 APRIL 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALFONSO CASTAÑEDA, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA WHEREAS, on 20 April 2026, Monday, the Municipality of Alfonso Castañeda, Province of Nueva Vizcaya will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Alfonso Castañeda be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R.
