DECLARING MONDAY, 20 APRIL 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac will mark the celebration of its 28th Charter Anniversary on 19 April 2026, which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Tarlac to fully participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 20 April 2026, Monday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 19 April 2026;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 20 April 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac. Province of Tarlac.ℒαwρhi৷
