DECLARING THURSDAY, 19 MARCH 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONGABONG, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, on 19 March 2026, Thursday, the Municipality of Bongabong, Province of Oriental Mindoro will mark the celebration of the Sulyog Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bongabong be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 19 March 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bongabong.
