DECLARING THURSDAY, 15 JANUARY 2026, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 15 January 2026, Thursday, the City of San Pablo, Province of Laguna will celebrate the Coconut Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFOR, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 15 January 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo, Province of Laguna.
