DECLARING SATURDAY, 21 FEBRUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MARINDUQUE

WHEREAS, on 21 February 2026, Saturday, the Province of Marinduque will mark the celebration of the Araw ng Marinduque;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the Province of Mariduque be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 21 February 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Marinduque.
