DECLARING TUESDAY, 10 FEBRUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BACOLOR, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA

WHEREAS, on 10 February 2026, Tuesday, the Municipality of Bacolor, Province of Pampanga will mark the celebration of Bacolor Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bacolor be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 10 February 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bacolor, Province of Pampanga.
