DECLARING THURSDAY, 30 MAY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ESCALANTE, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 30 May 2024, Thursday, the City of Escalante, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of the Manlambus Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Escalante be given full opportunity to participate in these occasions and enjoy the celebrations;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R,. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 30 May 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Escalante, Province of Negros Occidental.
