CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND UPON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED ALONG 3 THEATER DRIVE, CIRCUIT, BARANGAY CARMONA, MAKATI CITY, AS AN SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, with a gross floor area of Forty-Six Thousand Eight Hundred Seventeen square meters (46,817  m2), more or less, and the parcel of land upon which the building stands, located along 3 Theater Drive, Circuit, Barangay Carmona, Makati City, as an Information Technology Center to be known as Circuit Corporate Center 2, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-006 (s. 2011), 15-240 (S. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 14-358 (s. 2014), as amended by Resolution No. 19-383 (s. 2019), with an area of Three Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Two square meters (3,572m2), more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 5-E; on the SE. and SW., along lines 2-3-4-5 by Lot 5-F; and on the NW., along line 5-1 by Lot 5-G, all of the subdivision plan Psd-00-091383.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 64. deg. 46' W., 1,727.02 m. from BLLM No. 1, City of Makati:

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: by old P.S. & P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cms. The Subdivision Plan with the Technical Description was prepared by Cristina M. Baldo, based on the Subdivision/Consolidation Survey conducted on 04-07 January 2016, and approved on 03 May 2016 by Ignacio R. Almira, Jr. Chief - Surveys and Mapping Division and Sofio B. Quintana, Assistant Regional Director for Technical Services, Department of Environment and Natural Resources - National Capital Region.
