CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND WHERE IT STANDS, LOCATED IN A.S. FORTUNA STREET CORNER SACRIS ROAD, BARANGAY BAKILID, MANDAUE CITY, CEBU, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916 or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995", as amended, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building with a gross floor area of Forty Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Eight and 17/100 square meters (40,328.17 m2), more or less, as an Information Technology Center to be known as the Orion Corporate Center, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 19-602 (s. 2019) as amended by Resolution No. 21-271 (s. 2021), and the parcel of land where the building stands. located in A.S. Fortuna Street corner Sacris Road, Barangay Bakilid, Mandaue City, Cebu, with an area of Five Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Six square meters (5,136 m2), more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
