CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND WHERE IT STANDS, LOCATED ALONG ARCHBISHOP REYES AVENUE, BARANGAY LAHUG, CEBU CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER TO BE KNOWN AS THE MIKADO PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building with a gross floor area of Forty-Six Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Five square meters (46,255 m2), more or less, and the parcel of land where the building stands, located along Archbishop Reyes Avenue, Barangay Lahug, Cebu City, as an Information Technology Center to be known as the MIKADO, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, PEZA Board of Directors Resolution NO. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 19-002 (s. 2019), as amended by 19-607 (s. 2019) with an area of Three Thousand Six Hundred Five square meter (3,605 m2), more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 907, Banilad Estate; on the NE., along line 2-3 by Lot 906-C of the subdivision plan; on the SE., along line 3-4 by Lot 1534 and Lot 1533, Road, the Government of the Philippine islands, SWO - 10194; on the SW., along line 4-5 by Lot 906-E of the subdivision plan; and on the NW., along line 5-1 by Lot 907, Banilad Estate:

thence S. 60 deg. 02' E., 93.95 m. to point 3;

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and on the ground by Point 1 by Old PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cms., and the rest by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cms. Bearings True. Date of original survey August 1906 to July 1907, and that of the Sketch Plan survey on 26 April 2018, and approved on 24 November 2018.
