RESERVING A PARCEL OF PATRIMONIAL LAND WITHIN THE ALABANG STOCK FARM SITUATED IN BARANGAY ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA CITY, FOR RESEARCH INSTITUTE FOR TROPICAL MEDICINE (RITM) BUILDING SITE PURPOSES, AND TRANSFERRING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH - RITM
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do withdraw from entry, sale or other forms of disposition a certain parcel of patrimonial land within the Alabang Stok Farm, Barangay Alabang, Muntinlupa City, reserve the same for the RITM Building site, and transfer ownership thereof in favor of the DOH - RITM. This parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:
