MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 1295, February 04, 2022 ] DECLARING FRIDAY, 11 FEBRUARY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR WHEREAS, on on 11 February 2022, Friday, the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur, will mark the celebration of the Tinagba Festival, an ancient Bicolano First-Harvest Offering; and WHEREAS, it is but fitting and that the people of the City of Iriga be given the full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government; NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 11 February 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
