DECLARING TUESDAY, 18 JANUARY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 18 January 2022, Tuesday, the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna, will mark the celebration of its 230th Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and that the people of the City of Santa Rosa be given the full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 18 January 2022, a special (non-working) day in he City of San Pablo, Province of Laguna.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
