[ PROCLAMATION NO. 1045, November 17, 2020 ]

DECLARING FRIDAY, 20 NOVEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ITOGON, PROVINCE OF BENGUET

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Itogon, Province of Benguet, will mark the celebration of its 120 th Founding Anniversary on 22 November 2020;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Itogon to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Friday, 20 November 2020, be declared a special (non-working) day in lieu of 22 November 2020, which' falls on a Sunday, in the Municipality of Itogon; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Itogon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 20 November 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Itogon, Province of Benguet.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
