DECLARING MONDAY, 09 NOVEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF EASTERN SAMAR

WHEREAS, on 09 November 2020, Monday, the Province of Eastern Samar will mark the celebration of its 55th Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Eastern Samar be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority: of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 09 November 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Eastern Samar.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
