DECLARING THURSDAY, 13 DECEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NARVACAN, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR

WHEREAS, on 13 December 2018. Thursday, the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur, will mark the celebration of its founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Narvacan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday. 13 December 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of llocos Sur.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
