DECLARING THURSDAY, 22 NOVEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT

WHEREAS, on 22 November 2018. Thursday, the Province of Sultan Kudarat will mark the celebration of its 45 sh founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Sultan Kudarat, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 22 November 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Sultan Kudarat.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
