CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND UPON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED AT ASEANA AVENUE CORNER MACAPAGAL BOULEVARD, ASEANA CITY, PARANAQUE CITY AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I,RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building to be known as the Aseana 3 BPO Building, with a gross floor area of Forty-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty- Four square meters 24/100 (47,834.24 m2), more or less, and the parcel of land upon which the building stands, located at Aseana Avenue corner Macapagal Boulevard, Aseana City, Paranaque City, with an area of Three Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Nine square meters (3,139 m 2), more or less, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 16-473 (s. 2016) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (being a portion of Lot 11 of the plan Pcs-00- 006507), situated in Barangay Tambo, Paranaque City, Province of Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., along line 2-3 by Lot 21, Pcs-00-006507 (Macapagal Blvd.); on the SE., along line 3-4 by Lot 12, Pcs-00- 006507 (Asean Ave.); and on the SW., NW., & NE, along lines 4-5-6- 7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15-1-2 by Portion of lot 11, Pcs-00-006507.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 06 deg. 50' W., 2090.08 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 11, (Swo-41755) Pasay City.

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cm.; bearings: true; date of the original survey 03 November - 05 December 1988, that of the subdivision survey 09 March 2015, and of this survey and technical description 15 September 2016, executed by private Geodetic Engr. Jordan A. Marcos, and verified through a subdivision plan prepared by private Geodetic Engr. Arnold S. Alberto on 20 June 2017 certified by Engr. Ignacio R. Almira Jr., Chief, Surveys and Mapping Division, DENR-NCR, and approved by Engr. Sofio B. Quintana, Assistant Regional Director for Technical Services, DENR-NCR, on 20 November 2017.
