DECLARING SATURDAY, 29 SEPTEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN RAFAEL, PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, on 29 September 2018, a Saturday, the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan, will mark its 288 th founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Rafael be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 29 September 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
