DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 26 SEPTEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN

WHEREAS, on 26 September 2018, a Wednesday, the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran, will mark its 158 th Pueblo Day (Charter Day); and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Naval be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 26 September 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
