DECLARING MONDAY, 03 SEPTEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR

WHEREAS, on 03 September 2018, a Monday, the City of Iriga. Province of Camarines Sur will mark the celebration of its 50 th founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iriga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 03 September 2018, a special (non-working) clay in the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur
