DECLARING THURSDAY, 16 AUGUST 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO

WHEREAS, on 18 August 2018, a Thursday, the City of Tuguegarao will mark the celebration of the Pavvurulun "Afi" Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 16 August 2018. a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao,

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
