MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 492, May 16, 2018 ] DECLARING MONDAY, 23 JULY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG WHEREAS, the City of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental, will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary on Monday, 23 July 2018; and WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies: NOW, THEREFORE, I, MICHAEL P. ONG, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 23 July 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Gingoog.
