DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 23 MAY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING} DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALACA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 23 May 2018, will mark the birth anniversary of General Eleuterio Marasigan. a great Calaqueno, patriot, and one of the leaders during the libertarian struggle in the Province of Batangas; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Calaca, Province of Batangas, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, MICHAEL P. ONG, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President. RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 23 May 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Calaca, Province of Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the sea! of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
