PROCLAMATION No. 450

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 14 MARCH 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PASSI, PROVINCE OF ILOILO

WHEREAS, onWednesday, 14 March 2018, the City of Passi, Iloilo, marks the celebration of its Founding Annivesary as a component city; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the city of Passi, Iloilo, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THERFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 14 March 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Passi, Province of Iloilo.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and causedthe seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
