PROCLAMATION No. 448

DECLARING THURSDAY, O5 APRIL 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN

WHEREAS, Thursday, 05 April 2018, marks the celebration of the 438th Founding Anniversary of the Province of Pangasinan; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Pangasinan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 05 April 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Pangasinan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
