MALACAÑANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 447 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 04 April 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ANTIPOLO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL WHEREAS, the City of Antipolo marks the celebration of its 20th Cityhood Anniversary on Wednesday, 04 April 2018; and WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the city of Antipolo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary , bu authoriy of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 04 April 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Antipolo.
